Terms and Conditions

DEPOSIT
To confirm and hold your booking 30% deposit of the full tariff is required as a deposit within 3 days of making a booking.
No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Payment of the deposit constitutes the Tenants acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Deposits are not transferable.

Once the booking has been confirmed by the payment of the deposit, the number of days booked and the dates booked are non transferable.

BALANCE
The full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
If the balance is not received within this time frame, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

GUEST REGISTRATION
A guest registration form will need to be filled out prior to arrival. A valid credit card number is required and a signature. The card number will be held for the length of your stay.
It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakages, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared and late check out fees. By paying the tariff you are agreeing that these additional costs will be applied to your credit card should these Terms and Conditions not be complied with.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made by email.

Where a deposit has been paid
1. You may cancel the booking at any time and receive a refund of the amount paid less $50 administration fee.

Where the balance has been paid
1. If the property is relet for the entire period of your booking and at the same rate a full refund less $100 administration fee will be given
2. If the property is not relet for the period of your booking your payment will be forfeited.
3. If the property is relet for part of your booking, or at a lesser rate then a refund will be given of the amount received less the $100 administration fee

The days booked are not subject to change unless agreed upon with the manager/owner.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However due to unforeseen circumstances (fire, floods, property damage etc) the owner/manage will endeavour to find alternative accommodation or refund all monies in full.

****COVID COVID COVID COVID****
If the government announces that your area of residence is unable to travel due to COVID or that you are unable to travel to the Shoalhaven for the dates of your booking, we will offer a 100% credit to be used at the same property at date agreed upon in the future.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
You may like to take out travel insurance that covers cancellations in the event that you are unable to stay due to illness or other circumstances.

BOOKING FEE
A $44 booking fee is payable on all bookings and is non-refundable.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check in and Out times are stated on the booking form.

Any variances to these times must be agreed upon with the owner/manager in writing.
These times are made to allow for incoming guests and must be adhered to.
Fees may be charged to guests who do not comply with the times.
Charges - $20 per ¼ past the check out times.
In peak periods we have limited time to prepare our properties for the next guests and paying cleaners whilst waiting for guests to check out is not acceptable

DEPARTURE
Please ensure that the house is left in a clean & tidy condition.
Remove all garbage to the correct bins outside.
Dirty dishes are to be placed in the dishwasher and turned on.
Please bring in any cushions from outside furniture.
Shut all windows and lock all doors.
Please leave the keys in the key box on departure. (with the code scrambled)
Please remove all rubbish to the bins provided.

NUMBER OF GUESTS should not exceed the number stated on the Arrival email or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with in advance. Alternatively we have the right to vacate guests immediately.
The guest booking the property is responsible for all other guests occupying the property.

PARTIES & FUNTIONS are strictly prohibited.
The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Use contrary to this may result in termination of your booking and/or loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
This includes but is not limited to – bucks nights, hen’s nights, weddings etc.

NOISE
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, will incur a $125 call out fee and may result in termination of your booking or additional payments.

Please be aware that noise travels when entertaining on decks.
Council regulations are:
Noise should cease between
Weeknights - 10pm and 8am
Friday & Saturday Nights 12am and 8am

Please respect these regulations.

LINEN & TOWELS
We provide quality Linen and Bath Towels.
Beach Towels ARE NOT provided – please DO NOT use Bath Towels as Beach Towels.
Any linen that is stained and unable to be used again will be charged for the replacement.

BBQ
The BBQ has been provided in a clean condition for your arrival, please ensure it is left in the same condition on departure or a $50 cleaning fee will be charges.

LOSS OF GUESTS PERSONAL PROPERTY
The owner/manager take NO responsibility for Lost, stolen or forgotten property, this is the sole responsibility of the tenant. We will assist the Tenants where possible to retrieve personal property but no claim will be made on the owners/manager for any loss.

A nominal charge will be made for the return of any property left on the property.

PETS
This property does not allow pets at any time. If it is found that a pet is at the property you will be asked to remove the pet immediately or vacate the premises. If extra cleaning is needed to remove pet hair from furnishings etc, these charges will be applied against your credit card.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in side the property.

Utmost care will be taken to ensure safety at all times, however, the owner of the property and the manager/caretaker will not accept responsible for any accident or incident involving a guest. This includes inside the house, on any part of the property and while using the equipment provided.

Failure to comply with any of the above conditions may result in your agreement being terminated and or charges applied.
